We’re more than just a civil rights organization
We believe that the criminal court system is unhinged and that it needs to be dismantled. The rules and procedures are made in a way to benefit the players, like judges, prosecutors and defense attorneys instead of these rules and procedures being just and fair for the people. Council for Racial Justice is made up of highly skilled professionals whose sole objective is to make sure that the criminal court system does not railroad any one person for any reason.
